Meet Dr. Anjum Bux
Dr. Anjum Bux is a board-certified anesthesiologist specializing in interventional pain management and the founder of Bux Pain Management. With more than 20 years in practice, he has extensive experience in advanced, minimally invasive treatments for chronic pain, including neuromodulation, spinal cord stimulation and intrathecal pain pump therapy.
A published author and national speaker, Dr. Bux has presented on spinal cord stimulation and intrathecal therapies and is actively involved in state and national pain medicine organizations.

Opening in early 2027 adjacent to the Bux Pain Management Tates Creek office in Lexington, Tates Creek Surgery Center will provide a dedicated environment for interventional pain procedures.
The new facility will expand access to advanced procedures while supporting greater convenience, efficiency and continuity of care for patients and collaborating physicians throughout Central Kentucky.
